Palo Santo Essential Oil
Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) essential oil is distilled from the fallen dead branches of trees that belong to the same family (Burseraceae) as frankincense and myrrh. It is a sacred oil of South America used to address issues of anxiety, depression, fatigue, fear, grief, happiness, insecurity, loneliness, panic attacks, and stress. Applied topically, it is effective for respiratory issues, aches and pains.

USAGE
For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for desired. Add a few drops to an ultrasonic diffuser for stress relief. Blends well with Sandalwood or Vetiver for grounding.
