Your credit card information is no longer available to us after a shipment is complete.
RETURNS/REFUNDS - Pompeii Street Soap Co.
All internet sales are final and we cannot accept returns. The only exception is if the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Damaged goods and order mistakes must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will re-ship your original order in that case. If the order is incorrect, we will ship the missing items and you can keep any items we accidentally shipped. There are other situations that will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
